Our Historical Expeditions
2024: The Foundation Year
Our journey began with a simple goal: to help 50 children in Atlanta stay in school. We launched our first tuition assistance program, which quickly grew as the community recognized the dire need for educational support.
During this year, we established our first partnership with local schools, ensuring that our resources reached the students who needed them most. It was a year of learning, growth, and profound impact.
2025: Expanding Horizons
In our second year, we expanded our services to include after-school mentorship and digital literacy programs. We realized that financial aid alone wasn't enough; students needed guidance and modern tools to thrive in today's world.
We also conducted our first regional expedition, visiting rural communities to share our model and provide supplies. This expansion allowed us to touch the lives of over 300 students across the state.
2026: A New Chapter
Today, NLSSC stands as a pillar of hope in the community. We have successfully supported over 1,000 students and established a permanent learning center in downtown Atlanta. Our journey is far from over, but the foundation we've built is strong.
We are now looking toward the future, with plans to integrate vocational training and college preparatory courses into our curriculum. Every step we take is a step toward a brighter future for our children.
