Organizational Strategy
1. The Social Need
Many children in our local area face significant barriers to education, including lack of tuition funds and basic learning supplies. Data shows that students from low-income families are 25% less likely to complete high school without external support.
2. Core Mission
To provide the financial and educational resources necessary for underprivileged children to achieve academic excellence and break the cycle of poverty.
3. Long-term Vision (5-10 Years)
To become a leading model for community-based educational support in North America, expanding our reach to serve over 10,000 students annually and influencing local education policy.
4. SMART Goals (1-3 Years)
- Support 500 students with full tuition scholarships by Year 2.
- Establish 3 new community learning centers in high-need neighborhoods.
- Achieve a 95% grade-level proficiency rate among our beneficiaries.
